The development will comprise of the construction of 83 No. residential units and all ancillary works consisting of: 66 No. 2 storey houses (18 No. 3 bed terraced units (c. 98.16 sqm Gross Floor Area (GFA)) 12 No. 2 bed terraced units (c. 82.32 sqm GFA); and 36 No. 3 bed semi-detached units (6 No. c. 113.66 sqm GFA and 30 No. c.114.37 sqm GFA); and 5 No. Single storey houses (5 No. 2 bed bungalow units (c. 85.4 sqm GFA)); and 12 No. duplex apartment units within 2 No. 2 storey blocks, consisting of: 6 No. 2 bed units (c. 83.1 sqm GFA); and 6 No. 2 bed units (c. 90.57 sqm GFA) with balconies on the eastern elevation at 1st floor level.
