The development will consist of the development of 64 no. houses (8 no. four bedroom and 56 no. three bedroom houses), which will form Phase 1 of the overall development of the wider site and will comprise of the following mix of two storey semi-detached and terraced housing units within an overall mix of: - 46 no. two storey semi-detached dwelling units (5 no. 4 bedroom houses (House type A); and 41 no. 3 bedroom houses (16 no. house type B and 25 no. house type C); and - 18 no. two storey terraced dwelling units that are contained within 5 no. terraces (3 no. terraces of 4 units each containing 3 no. 4 bedroom houses (House type A) and 9 no. 3 bedroom units (House type B); and 2 no. terraces of 3 units each (6 no. 3 bedroom houses - House type C).
