This development consists of retention of alterations to works approved under planning ref. 20/871 which include – Changes to internal layout of 8 no apartments within the Convent Building as was required on site, to achieve Fire Compliance & preserve the integrity of the existing structure, consisting; change of 5 No Apts. from 1-Bed units to Studios, change of one 1-Bed to a 2-Bed apartment, change of one 2-bed to a Studio apartment and change of one 2-bed to a 1-Bed apartment. Substitution of the as approved new and replacement windows throughout the development with u-PVC windows to match existing.
