All associated ancillary site works. It is noted that the subject planning application is associated with a separate and concurrent Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) planning application submitted to Meath County Council in relation to development at Moygaddy, Co. Meath. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and a Natura Impact Statement have been prepared in respect of the proposed development
