The structure operates as an extension of the accommodation within the existing dwelling only and does not operate as an independent dwelling. (2) Detached single storey domestic outbuilding containing a) facilities for the keeping of pet dogs including kennels, washing / grooming facilities and ancillary w/c and shower; and b) domestic storage / utility space including heating system serving both the subject outbuilding and the existing dwelling.
