Westlink Florian Devco Limited intend to apply for planning permission at 25-28 and 29-31 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2. The site also fronts onto Charlemont Place to the south. The proposed development consists of amendments to the development permitted under DCC Reg. Ref.: 4816/22. The proposed amendments consist of the following: • Replacement of permitted bicycle stair access to basement, with two bicycle lifts at an updated location to Charlemont Place; • Relocation of permitted café on Charlemont Place to a position further east along the southern elevation. There is an increase of 26 sqm of gross floor area from the permitted development.
