This site contains four protected structures Wilson's Hospital : worker's house (15401117), Cast-iron wall mounted post box (15401118 / RPS No. 011-037), Wilson's Hospital : gate lodge (15401119 / RPS No. 011-038) and Wilson's Hospital: hospital/infirmary (15401120 / RPS No. 011-039) as well as three recorded monuments (WM011-036, WM011-064 and WM011-065) all of which are ring forts. The development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2024) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provisions of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2021 to 2025 shall apply
