The development will consist of the change of use of existing derelict house and outbuildings to employee accommodation and construction of a proposed two storey extension to the side of an existing dwelling house and connected to the outbuildings, which are a protected structures(Westmeath County Development Plan 2014-2020 020-015 and 020-016 and NIAH ref 15312016 & 15312017) the restoration and internal alterations to the existing dwelling house and outbuildings repair and replacement of existing roofs and windows to the dwelling house and outbuildings, demolition of existing ruined boiler and store.
