The development of a new purified water utility (PuW) building. The development will consist of: i) a new purified water utility (PuW) building with two no. levels, to provide a gross floor area of approximately 281 square meters and a maximum height of 15.0 meters at the building stair core; ii) all associated site development and ancillary works including modifications to footpaths, drainage and utility services, service connections to existing high-level piperacks and landscaping works. The proposed development is located on a site that operates under an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003). The proposed development is on a site which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 applies
