The proposed development will consist of the construction of 6 No. 2 storey detached 4-bedroom houses. The proposed development will be served by a previously approved vehicular access (Ref SD22A/0469) off Cooldrinagh Lane along with all associated Car Parking, landscaping and boundary treatment works, the provision of private open space areas comprising hard and soft landscaping, site services (foul drainage with associated pumping station, surface water drainage and water supply) and all associated site works.
