Amendment of Condition No's 5 and 7(c) of Register Reference SD10A/0200 which permits the construction of 69 no. houses and all associated site development works, landscaping and ancillary works. The amendments relate to the provision of infrastructure whereby planning permission is sought to amend the fore mentioned conditions in order to permit the phased delivery of infrastructure such that the dwelling houses may be occupied prior to the entire delivery of the east-west cycle path (Condition No. 5) and the playground facility (Condition No. 7 (c)).
