The development will consist of the demolition of an existing entrance porch to the front, a single storey lean-to conservatory to the west elevation, and single storey outbuildings to the rear. It also consists of alterations externally to the rear return height and roof, to existing windows to front and both sides and internally to the layout. The new construction consists of a single storey flat roof extension and external patio to the west elevation, a single storey extension to the entrance encompassing a porch and bay window and a single storey extension to the west end of the outhouse/stable. It also includes a glazed double height link to a new two storey extension to the east end of the outhouse/stable, new additional rooflights and windows to both the main house and stable and all associated site works
