A. The proposed change of use of the existing dwelling house into short term accommodation for retreat purposes and a proposed extension to accommodate a dining area. B. The change of use and refurbishment of an existing barn and horse stables together with the proposed construction of an extension to the rear of same so as to provide bedrooms with en-suites and multipurpose room at first floor level.
