Retention and Permission: Permission is sought is for the construction of a stable block, hay shed, sand arena and associated dungstead, access track, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site development works. Retention permission is sought is for the retention of the demolition of agricultural buildings and associated structures that were permitted and constructed under PA 06/1428; An Bord Pleanála (Now An Coimisiún Pleanála) Ref. PL15.224465. Access to the proposed stable block and sand arena will be via the existing access to the applicant’s family dwelling off local road L2215 and then via a new track running west to the stable block area itself. As such the proposed development does not create any additional or new access onto local road L2215
