The site bounds onto Brickfields to the west, Fair Green to the east, and Trinity Gardens to the north. Permission for a new residential and commercial development comprising a total of 48 no. residential apartments & 1 no. café/retail unit provided within 4 no. blocks as follows: 1. Demolition of existing derelict storage buildings and out-houses located to the rear of site. 2. Renovation, sub-division, refurbishment, extension and change of use of existing buildings (Nos 62 -63) to accommodate a new café/bakery shop, 3 no. 2-bed units, 1 no 3-bed unit and 1 no. 4-bed unit (Block A). 3.
