Permission for development is for an apartment building to replace a previously permitted apartment development comprising 2 apartment buildings and containing a total of 23 apartments. The permitted apartment buildings are 3 storey in height. The proposed apartment building will also be 3 storeys in height. The proposed development will consist of the construction of a single apartment building containing 20 apartments within the development. The building has the option for the installation of photovoltaic/solar panels on front and/or rear roof slopes.
