Proposal description

Amendments to the development permitted under planning reference no. 17/49. The proposed amendments will compromise of: (A) the reduction in extent of approved demolitions and alterations to include the omission of demolitions of the existing staircase and first floor mezzanine floor level to be used as landlord storage facilities floor area 89.2 sq.m, (B) amendments to previously approved retail Unit 3 to include reduction in floor area brought about by reduced demolitions, revised unit area 59.2 sq.m, (C) change of use of unit 3 from retail to take away with the sale of hot food on and off the premises. (D) New entrance screen to unit 3 from car park and associated signage, (E) all additional works as previously approved under planning reference no. 17/49 and (F) all ancillary site works. The proposed development will result in retail unit 1: 124.6 sq.m, retail unit 2: 392.5 sq.m, take away unit 3: 59.2 sq.m and storage area: 89.2 sq.m representing a new increase in approved floor space by approx. 75.7 sq.m
