(A) demolish an existing 558.6 sqm mink processing building (this building was previously granted permission for modification and re-purposing under planning reg. no. 23/60152) The demolition of this building includes the disposal of asbestos from the roof (hazardous waste No. 17 06 05 of the European Waste Catalogue), (b) demolish an existing 278.3 sqm mink equipment storage shed (this building was previously granted permission for modification and re-purposing under planning reg. no. 23/60152), (c) construct a new 630.8 sqm portal frame cattle shed which will include the re-purposing of an existing surface water attenuation tank for the purposes of storage of clean surface water & bovine effluent separately (the surface water attenuation tank was previously granted permission for removal under planning reg. no. 23/60152), (d) construct a new 348.9 sqm portal frame feed store, (e) construct a 1235.3 sqm three bay silage pit, (f) construct 374.5 sqm dungstead, (g) all associated drainage and site works.
