To demolish and replace existing front porch, to carry out fenestration revisions to all elevations, to decommission the existing remote septic system currently located across the public road and to install a replacement onsite domestic wastewater treatment system to current EPA guidelines, within revised site boundaries and to provide a shared recessed entrance with that of the adjacent site to the northeast which will require demolitions of existing outbuildings (or parts thereof) to facilitate same, and for all associated site works
