Permission to redevelop the existing fuel depot. Proposed works to include:1) remove existing front boundary fence; 2) remove existing gantry from site; 3) demolish 1 no. existing service block building and 1 no. storage building; 4) remove existing 4 no. containers from site; 5) demolish front porch serving existing single-storey office building; 6) remove 4 no. existing fuel dispensing pump islands on site; 7) construct new forecourt and canopy, inclusive of the relocation of 3 no. fuel dispensing pumps; 8) relocation of 1 no. existing truck / HGV fuel dispensing pump; 9) remove existing sign from site and replace with new totem ID sign; 9 install 2 no. new underground fuel storage tanks and new fuel interceptor; 10) install new overground AD Blue tank; 11) install 1 no. new overground fuel storage tank; 12) erect new security fence and associated gates in front of existing and proposed overground fuel tanks; 13) provision of 1 no. new automatic car wash and 1 no. new manual truck wash facility;14) provision of new truck parking area located behind proposed security fence and associated gates; 15) relocation of existing staff car parking with the provision of new EV charging point; and 16) all associated ancillary site development works including landscaping, drainage, relocation of onsite offset fill point and associated fuel vents, construction of new boundary wall at front boundary (north facing) of development site
