Demolition of the existing 25sqm male & accessible wc built in 2015 at level +0 and extension of the existing Ranji room to the west (courtyard) by 125sqm at level +0 to form new guest lounge, male, female & accessible wc’s. Extension of existing preparation kitchen and staff amenity space by 90sqm at level -1 (courtyard). Relocation of the existing hotel laundry to administration building (subject of separate application). Including all associated site works including boundary treatments, landscaping, infrastructure and drainage necessary to facilitate the development. A Protected Structure.
