For construction of a new two-storey, 8-classroom, school extension with GP Hall (gross floor area approx. 1,428sqm.) and all associated site works. In addition, works will include minor internal alterations in the existing school building, and minor adjustment to existing windows and doors. Extent of external works to include: modifications to hard and soft landscaped areas including existing ball courts and play areas. Reconfiguration of vehicular access including roundabout and pedestrian access gate, set down areas and pedestrian access pathways within the site. A total of 24 on-site car parking spaces to be provided (inc. 2 no. disabled parking) sheltered bicycle rack and bin store new fence enclosure to fuel storage and site perimeter fencing. A new on-site waste water treatment system will be provided with a rainwater harvesting system and all ancillary and associated site works. 3 no. existing temporary accommodation cabins to be demolished and surrounding area to be made good, including landscaping, as part of the overall site development works on a site area of circa. 2 hectares
