The development will consist of:-Minor revisions to site boundaries to follow ownership boundaries.-Minor alterations to permitted site layout plan and associated landscaping layout.-Internal revisions to ground floor of Block B to provide for 1 no. additional one bed studio apartment in lieu of the previously permitted concierge room and sub-station.
