A residential development provides for 76 no. dwellings (54 no. two storey and 22 no. dormer 1.5 storey dwellings). The development also includes landscaped public open space; riparian strips; pedestrian bridges; playground; car pool set down areas; foul and SUDS surface water drainage site development works (including alteration/grading of existing watercourses/drains, foul sewage storage tank and upgrade to Connolly Avenue pumping station); and all other associated site development works, including ESB substations, landscaping and boundary treatments.
