The construction of a mixed-use development comprising 23 no. houses and 2 no. mixed-use buildings, Block A and Block B. The houses comprise 2 no. two-bed houses, 12 no. three-bed houses and 9 no. four-bed houses. 8 of the houses are 3-storey and the remaining 15 are 2-storey. Block A is a 4-storey building comprising 12 no. 1-bed apartments and a café (146sqm). Block B is a 2-storey building comprising 4 no. commercial units: Unit 1 is a Licensed Public House and Restaurant (556sqm), Unit 2 is a shop (150sqm), Unit 3 is a creche (837sqm) and Unit 4 is a shop (107sqm).
