The proposed development will also provide a part dormer attic conversion with rear roof light to the rear existing roof pitch and an extension of the existing roof form to the front and side from hipped roof to a gable pitched roof, vehicular access including removal of part of the front boundary wall and dished kerb accessed from the road and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works.
