We , Brendan and Carol Quinn, seek to apply for Planning Permission at No. 3 Lakelands park, Terenure, Dublin 6W, D6W RH94. The development will consist of: (i) Removal of the existing rear conservatory and the construction of a new single-storey rear extension with minor internal alterations and reconfiguration of the existing ground and first-floor layouts. (ii) Enhancements to the front façade, including new window surrounds, string course and an entrance canopy over the front entrance door. (iii) The provision of a new pedestrian entrance gate and the widening of the existing vehicular entrances, including an increase in the height of the boundary wall with new railings proposed. All with associated site works, landscaping, and other services to facilitate the proposed development at No. 3 Lakelands park, Terenure, Dublin 6w, D6W RH94.
