PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Dublin City Council -Planning permission is sought by Mink Fusion Ltd for a change of use of the former Rustic Stone Restaurant building, 17, South Great Georges Street, and Exchequer Street, Dublin 2 (Protected Structure). The building is located within the South City Retail Quarter Architectural Conservation Area. The development will consist of a change of use from use as a licensed restaurant to use as a gastropub.
