PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Abbey international Finance limited, intend to apply to, Dublin City Council for permission for development at 76 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, D02 Y76. The site is a Protected Structure (Record of Protected Structures Ref. 5174) Located within a Conservation Area (Zone Z8) . The development consists of the removal of stud infill within the existing arch, between the two ground floor rooms, the installation of slim profile glazed steel doors within the arched opening, and repointing of brickwork to the front facade. All in accordance with conservation specifications.
