The development will consist of the following: 1. construction of an enclosed swimming pool on the east side of the existing residence. 2. the construction of a sun room on the west side of the existing residence. 3. the development of the attic space within the roof of the existing house for use as a “granny flat”. This development will include new dormer windows to the east and west, new gable windows to the south and east, and new skylights on the east, west and south aspects of the existing roof. 4. the construction of a fire stair on the east side of the existing house, to provide an emergency exit to the proposed “granny flat”.
